These are some of the dollhouses I've restored for customers over the years. Some owners just wanted them repainted, while others needed flooring and wallpaper installed, electricity added, etc. Some of these dollhouses needed to be completely disassembled and rebuilt.
Jean’s 2nd Dollhouse
-Clean interior and exterior of dust and grime
-Remove old wallpaper
-Remove interior base molding & trim
-Remove & reinstall 2 staircases
-Install acrylic panes on 14 windows
-Repair damaged railing on widow’s walk
-Rewire and add wiring for ceiling lights
-Install wiring components
-Install wallpaper in 9 rooms
-Install interior lights and coach lights on both sides of front door
-Install flooring: tile kitchen & bath, hardwood 3 halls & living rm, carpet 3 bdrms
-Install interior window and door molding
-Install flooring edge protectors
-Install wallpaper edge protectors
-Install base molding
-Replace damaged fish scale roofing shingles and match as closely as possible
-Paint ceilings & interior trim

-Paint exterior corner, balcony, railing window & door trim

-Install hardwood flooring in living room, carpet in bedroom, tile in kitchen and bathroom

Lynn’s Dollhouse
-Clean interior and exterior
-Replace broken roofing shingles
-Replace gingerbread trim along roof ridge
-Repair loose 2nd floor stairs railing
-Make and replace broken 2nd floor balcony door pediment
-Replace plexiglass window panes on all windows and doors
-Make and replace broken ornamental trim at all 3 gable end peaks
-Reattach loose window panes on 1st floor bay window
-Paint exterior siding and trim
-Paint interior walls, ceilings and trim
-Reverse one window installed backwards
-Repair splintered plywood
-Cover plywood with painted wood strip along bottom front and sides
-Re-attach roof to side at back right corner of second floor
-Make and replace porch roof support/corner trim
-Pack and ship it back to Pennsylvania
Courtney’s Dollhouse
-Remove/reinstall the 2 staircases
-Replace 2 windows
-Replace siding
-Replace missing interior window and front door trim
-Rework window trim on 2 front windows
-Re-mount loose front doorway
-Reattach wall between BR1 and Hall on 2nd floor
-Fill old grooves cut into walls and ceilings for wiring
-Paint ceilings and interior trim
-Paint attic walls and floors
-Remove old wallpaper in all (7) 1st and 2nd floor rooms
-Paint walls in all (7) 1st and 2nd floor rooms
-Install flooring in all rooms except attic

-Stain stair treads
-Paint the risers, sides and balusters white
-Paint window trim and grids white
-Paint 2 bay window panels white
-Paint attic window white
-Paint front and balcony doors and trim white
-Paint base and door molding, channel molding white
-Install new flooring
-Install wallpaper in 4 rooms, attic and dormer
-Install lighting in all rooms
-Install sconces on both sides of front door
-Packed and shipped to back to DC
Lauren’s Dollhouse
-Fastened trim around 2nd floor windows
-Stained porch floors and roof
-Painted exterior siding and trim & interior accent walls and trim
